Our refinery is designed for flexible crude processing and clean fuel output, with a focus on environmentally compliant operations. We are equipped to handle various grades of crude oil from the Caspian region, Middle East, and global suppliers.   



Initial Refining Capacity: 1.2 million metric tons per year 

Target Output: EN590 10ppm Diesel, Jet A1, Bitumen, Naphtha, Fuel Oil 

Technology: Modern modular systems with integrated hydro-treating, distillation, and blending units
